Don't worry! After your order is shipped, it typically takes 24 hours for the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.) to update the status in their system. If you just received your shipping confirmation email, please check back again tomorrow.
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a bit early. Please check your mailbox, porch, or with your neighbors first. If you still can't find it after 24 hours, contact your local post office or reach out to us at contact@teekop.com so we can help you investigate.
Since all Teekop products are made to order, "Processing" means your item is currently being custom-made and quality-checked just for you. This production stage typically takes 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your gear is ready, the status will automatically update to "Shipped," and we will send a tracking link directly to your email.
