How do I know my exact size without trying it on first?

Unless you’ve mastered telekinesis, guessing isn’t the best strategy. Luckily, we’ve placed a hyper-accurate Size Chart right on every product page. Grab your favorite, best-fitting tee from your closet, measure it flat, and match it up with our chart. Will my new gear survive the washing machine?

Only if you treat it with a little respect. These fits are custom-made, so please don't boil them. Turn your garments inside out, wash on cold with similar colors, and skip the harsh bleach. Air drying is the ultimate pro-move to keep the fabric fresh and the graphic crisp. Throwing it in the dryer on high heat is a one-way ticket to Shrinkville.

Is Teekop gear made responsibly?

100%. We’re here to make you look good, not to ruin the planet. Because everything we sell is custom-made to order, we completely eliminate the massive deadstock waste typical of fast fashion brands. When do you release new designs? I need a wardrobe refresh.

We drop new heat whenever the inspiration strikes—which is pretty often. We don't stick to boring, predictable seasonal calendars. To catch our limited runs and freshest styles before everyone else, make sure you're on our VIP email list and stalking Teekop on social media.

Can I request a design on a different color shirt?

We curate our color palettes pretty carefully to ensure the designs pop perfectly. But hey, if you have a serious vision for a specific colorway, shoot an email to contact@teekop.com. While we can't always promise custom tweaks for single orders, if our production team can make it happen, we will let you know!

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Teekop only ships domestically within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for our US customers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The total delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

How can I track my package?

TRACKING

Why is my tracking number not working?

Don't worry! After your order is shipped, it typically takes 24 hours for the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.) to update the status in their system. If you just received your shipping confirmation email, please check back again tomorrow.

My tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a bit early. Please check your mailbox, porch, or with your neighbors first. If you still can't find it after 24 hours, contact your local post office or reach out to us at contact@teekop.com so we can help you investigate.

How long does the tracking status usually stay in "Processing"?

Since all Teekop products are made to order, "Processing" means your item is currently being custom-made and quality-checked just for you. This production stage typically takes 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your gear is ready, the status will automatically update to "Shipped," and we will send a tracking link directly to your email.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can only update your shipping address if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. Since we aim to process orders quickly (within 1-3 business days), please contact us at contact@teekop.com immediately with your order number and the correct address.
