1. Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
*Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Production & Fulfillment

Teekop operates on a make-to-order model. We design our products in-house in Brighton, Colorado, and partner with top-tier print networks (CustomCat, Printify, and Burgerprints) to physically print and fulfill your orders. We carefully select these partners based on their rigorous quality control standards, state-of-the-art printing technology, and reliable fulfillment capabilities. Each partner specializes in different product categories, ensuring that every item you order is crafted by industry experts. Because your items are custom-printed through our partner facilities, your package will ship directly from one of their US-based fulfillment centers. This is also why you may receive items in separate packages and at slightly different times if you order multiple different types of products.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Teekop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

SHIPPING FAQ

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Teekop only ships domestically within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for our US customers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The total delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number(s) on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders:
