At Teekop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We rigorously inspect all apparel before shipping, but if an error occurs on our end, we are here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a strict 30-Day Return Policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligible Conditions

Accepted Returns (Seller Fault):

To prevent fraud and maintain quality, returns are strictly accepted ONLY if the error is on our end. This includes products that are defective/damaged upon arrival, do not match the description, or the wrong size/item was shipped.

Item Condition & Sizing Notes:

Please ensure that your exchange or return items are unworn and unwashed. If you are returning a product because the size is too large, please note that our Teekop shirts are 100% cotton and will shrink up to half a size after consecutive washes.

2. Return Process & Shipping Costs

Authorization Process:

You may not return items without prior authorization. Contact our support team within the 30-day window with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect to receive an RMA number and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs:

Because we only accept returns for seller-fault issues, Teekop will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label upon return authorization.

3. Refunds

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Commitment to Sustainability

At Teekop, we value environmental responsibility. When returned items are in usable condition, we donate them to local community organizations rather than landfilling, ensuring they serve a practical purpose.
