If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, or gets lost on the way, we reprint it or refund you. You have 30 days from the day it is delivered (for a lost package, from the estimated delivery date).

What is covered

  • An item that arrives defective or damaged
  • An item that does not match its description
  • The wrong item or the wrong size sent
  • A package lost in transit: no tracking update for 7 days in a row, not delivered 7 days after the estimated delivery date, or marked delivered but not received

  1. Email contact@teekop.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photos: the whole item laid flat with the problem visible, and the size label.
  2. If the photos show the problem, we reprint your item or refund you, and you don't send anything back.
  3. If we do need the item back, we send you a return authorization and a prepaid label. Return shipping is on us.
  4. Refunds go to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
