What is covered

  • An item that arrives defective or damaged
  • An item that does not match its description
  • The wrong item or the wrong size sent
  • A package lost in transit: no tracking update for 7 days in a row, not delivered 7 days after the estimated delivery date, or marked delivered but not received

How it works

  1. Email contact@teekop.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photos: the whole item laid flat with the problem visible, and the size label.
  2. If the photos show the problem, we reprint your item or refund you, and you don't send anything back.
  3. If we do need the item back, we send you a return authorization and a prepaid label. Return shipping is on us.
  4. Refunds go to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

About the design

A funny human resources definition T-shirt for teachers. The front reads “human resources [hoo·men re·sor·sis] noun 1. the unofficial psychologist, event planner, lawyer, career planner, teacher, peacekeeper and detective. 2. the person who will gladly accept your brother’s, roommate’s, cousin’s, neighbor’s resume. 3. the department responsible for cleaning up other departments messes”. A blue and purple drawing of three outlined people sits above the words “human resources,” followed by a pronunciation guide and three numbered definitions. The design jokes about HR staff acting as counselors, planners, peacekeepers and detectives, and cleaning up the messes made by other departments.
