Damaged, misprinted or lost? We reprint or refund

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, or gets lost on the way, we reprint it or refund you. You have 30 days from the day it is delivered (for a lost package, from the estimated delivery date).

What is covered

  • An item that arrives defective or damaged
  • An item that does not match its description
  • The wrong item or the wrong size sent
  • A package lost in transit: no tracking update for 7 days in a row, not delivered 7 days after the estimated delivery date, or marked delivered but not received

How it works

  1. Email contact@teekop.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photos: the whole item laid flat with the problem visible, and the size label.
  2. If the photos show the problem, we reprint your item or refund you, and you don't send anything back.
  3. If we do need the item back, we send you a return authorization and a prepaid label. Return shipping is on us.
  4. Refunds go to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

About the design

A dojo kun T-shirt. The front reads “道場訓 一、人格完成につとめること Hitotsu, jinkaku kansei ni tsutomuru koto Each person must strive for perfection of one's character 一、誠の道を守ること Hitotsu, makoto no michi o mamoru koto Each person must be faithful and protect the way of truth 一、礼儀を重んずること Hitotsu, reigi o omonzuru koto Each person must respect others and the rules of etiquette 一、努力の精神を養うこと Hitotsu, doryoku no seishin o yashinau koto Each person must endeavor to strengthen the spirit of effort 一、血気の勇を戒むること Hitotsu, kekki no yuu o imashimuru koto Each person must refrain from violent behavior against impulsive courage 空手道”. A branching tree of pale calligraphy frames five dojo precepts, with their readings and English explanations, above the words “空手道.” The vertical text describes character, truth, etiquette, effort and restraint. It suits karate practitioners and people interested in Japanese martial arts traditions, with the principles presented as a thoughtful guide rather than a joke.
